They met on an online dating site and decided to spend a night together. unfortunately it turned out that they have to say another night before the storm clears out.
When I set out to watch this movie my expectations were quite limited and all I wanted to pass time during the weekend. Though the movie did not break any ground in story or surprised me with the unexpected as it was quite predictable, it still managed to be a decent watch. One of the main reason for this outcome was the performance by both the lead actors Miles Teller and Analeigh Tipton. Both were fresh and surprisingly mature. I kind of like what I see in them as actors with lots of potential.
The movie has a very subdue but realistic look to it which is good. Actually it was more like watching a play rather than a movie as 90% of the entire movie is shot in a flat. Though I felt the end could have been better as it is out of sync with the overall tone, it is a small matter which can be ignored. As the runtime is respectable and it is defiantly not a drag. Another thing that stands out is how director Max Nicolas could capture this generations take on physical and emotional aspect of a relationship.
