In Idealistic FBI agent is teamed with CIA to hunt down the Mexican drug Mafia. This movies is by far the most trilling movie released in the year 2015. Starting from plot to screenplay to acting, all top notch. I have always though Emily Blunt to be a splendid actor who’s potential is yet to be explored. This time she proved by point right. On the other hand there is no question when it comes to skills possessed by Benicio Del Toro.

Denis Villeneuve keeps the narrative realistic. The camera filters and angles ensures you are immersed in the experience and feel part of the film which is very good. It is a no frill film, no drama just pure thrill. Some of the scenes are gruesome and needs viewer discretion. The only area where I felt it could have done better is the final CIA covert operation in Mexico. The abruptness ended up me feeling wanting for more.

If you like realistic films in the lines of films like Zero Dark Thirty you will defiantly like this one.
