I am not from a generation who have grown up watching Happy Potter hence not a big fan. I also went to see this movie with limited expectations and came out surprisingly entertained. What J K Rowing created here is pure magic and easily one of the best movies to hit theaters this year. what surprised me most this the fact that even having so much similarities with Potter series, this movie managed to make its own identity. I can easily say this is a Potter for the grown ups.

Eddie Redmayne is an actor who is so easy to watch. He brings lot of honesty to his acting and quite personality clubbed with Dan Fogler’s energy creates an everlasting on screen chemistry. Another actor who shines in every scene of his is Collin Farrell. along with the leading ladies this is a British ensemble with a American twist.

Not surprising though the most impressive part of the film is its special effects and CGI. It will transport you into a world of fantasy and magic. This movie deserves some award nominations in the technical and art sections.
